There have been so many times in my life where I have needed the gentle reminder of God’s warm and loving presence. Not words. Nor sentiments. Nor even retail therapy;).

Just His warm presence.

Warmth is the quality of being intimate or attached. I kept being reminded of the constant parental love of an eagle to its offspring expressed so often throughout The Bible. Much like an eagle, God covers us and protects us with His wings and hides us in His pinions. During a season of suffering and distress it can be harder to feel the warmth of His presence, and also in mundane times of ease I can get easily distracted from acknowledging His presence.

For this Autumn 2022 Collection, I wanted to capture the gracious moments when I have felt His warm presence so evidently. My hope is that these paintings bring a warm spot to your home as a reminder that even when we cannot see or feel it, His presence is always constant.
