“Slowing down long enough to quiet the noises of this crazy, fast paced world can be so hard. We have to intentionally make it happen. We have to tend to the very garden of our souls; the place where we innately crave beauty and long for peace and order. Stepping outside, even if for a minute, to be among nature, has scientifically proven to slow our minds. The green grass, blue skies and flowers are all composed as a beautiful symphony, created with such intention and purpose. It is meant to be delighted in. It is meant to restore your soul. We must tend to our souls and weed out the many distractions and lies that make us think otherwise. Why? Because we are meant for more than this hurried, digitized culture.”
